When I first started on a gluten free diet, there were not nearly as many brands around as there are today. One of the first gluten free products that I truly enjoyed were brownies from the brand, Foods By George.Foods By George was at the Suffolk County Gluten Free Vendor Fair this weekend giving out samples of their brownies and they still remain one of the best gluten free products around.
Since 1991, Foods By George has been making gluten free foods. The products are made in a 100% gluten free facility. George, who has created all of the recipes, is a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America.
