Pizza Fusion!

If you are looking for some delicious gluten free pizza in Los Angeles, then you should definitely try Pizza Fusion. Pizza Fusion currently has 2 locations in the LA area including one in Santa Monica and one in Hollywood.

Not only does Pizza Fusion offer great options for the gluten free crowd but they also have vegan, vegetarian and lactose-free options too!

The gluten free crust is made from a mixture of garbanzo beans, fava beans, and rice flour and comes from the Still Riding Pizza Company (my favorite crust - see earlier feature). You can also choose from almost any of their toppings with the exception of barbeque sauce and sausage.

In addition to tasty gluten free pizza they also offer a wonderful selection of salads along with a yummy gluten free brownie! You can even get gluten free beer that is made from sorghum.
