Pamela's Products are one of my absolute favorite gluten free brands! They already have a great selection of snacks and are always coming out with an even better product. I was very excited to visit their booth at the Fancy Food Show in NYC.Recently, I reviewed one of their new products which is the Cornbread & Muffin Mix! It was absolutely delicious! They also have a newly released 4 lb. bag of Bread Mix & Flour Blend.
One of their new products that I am most excited about are their new line of ready-made gourmet gluten free cakes that they will be introducing soon. This will include a variety of cheesecakes, a chocolate fudge cake, and a coffee cake. The cheesecakes will be available in a 3'' mini and a 6'' size and the other two cakes will be available in 6'' and 9'' serving sizes.
Pamela's Products are also coming out with Chocolate Dipped Biscotti in both Vanilla and Chocolate flavors. I was lucky enough to sample both of these at the Fancy Food Show. For a chocolate lover, I was in heaven and I look forward to the release of this biscotti!
