To make this recipe, you will need:
* 2 10 oz. packages of drained, cooked, chopped spinach
* 1 1/2 cups gluten free stuffing (crushed)
* 3 beaten eggs
* 3/4 cup butter (soft)
Now, for the directions:
1. Cook and drain the spinach.
2. Combine all ingredients and roll into small bite-size balls.
3. Place on cookie sheet and freeze for about 20 minutes.
4. Put in plastic freezer bag and keep in freezer until needed.
Before serving:
1. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
