Still looking for the perfect restaurant to bring your gluten free Valentine's date to? If you're on the upper east side of Manhattan, I recommend Lumi Restaurant and if you're on the upper west side of Manhattan, check out Sambuca!

Lumi Restaurant is the place where Charlotte ran into Mr. Big and then went into labor in the Sex and the City movie. It was also a featured restaurant in the Sex and the City television series. This Italian restaurant is located at 963 Lexington Avenue (NE corner of 70th Street). Their gluten free menu features an array of salads, soups, appetizers, pastas, fish, meat, gelato, sorbetto, fruits, and berries.

Across the park, another great Italian restaurant is Sambuca. It is located on West 72nd Street between Central Park West and Columbus Avenue. Their gluten free menu features dinner rolls, salads, appetizers, pastas, fish, meat, brownies, and a seven layer cake.
