Now, let's talk about their yummy products...

A few days ago, I received a huge package from Katz Gluten Free containing Cinnamon Rugelech, a Chocolate Strip, Chocolate Cupcakes, Honey Muffins, Chocolate Dipped Cookies, Apricot Tart Cookies and Chocolate Chip Cookies.

All of their products are Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Nut Free, and Kosher and they are manufactured in a dedicated facility!  In addition to these dessert items that they sent me, they also produce several types of challah/bread, cakes, cookies, muffins, rugelech/strip, pizza crust, farfel, bread crumbs, and kishka kugel.

I've already had a chance to sample the Chocolate Dipped Cookies, the Honey Muffins and the Cinnamon Rugelech and they all do not disappoint.  In fact, I may go get another piece of rugelech right now!
