Last week, I discovered these delicious gluten free Pound Cake Mini's by a brand known as New Harvest Naturals.New Harvest Naturals has three gluten free branches: Kosher Naturals Gluten-Free Bakery, New Harvest Naturals Gluten-Free Bakery, and New Harvest Gluten-Free Kitchen.
The Kosher Naturals Gluten-Free Bakery offers 4 different types of gluten free and dairy free challah muffins. The varieties include: original, blueberry, toasted onion, and chocolate chip.
The New Harvest Naturals Gluten-Free Bakery offers Pound Cake Mini's that are dairy free, casein free, and kosher and come in classic, marble, and raisin. I tried the marble and they were very good!
And finally, New Harvest Gluten-Free Kitchen produces chicken meatballs that are free of trans-fats and are also dairy free and kosher and are available in traditional and Italian style.
