Last week I checked out the restaurant, Sweetwolf's, in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
They are known for their "Gluten Free Mac N Cheese" and cook mostly using rice flour so many of their menu items are gluten free or can be altered to be gluten free.
The Gluten Free Mac N Cheese (photographed to the right) is made using quinoa pasta, wood fired lobster chunks and has a sesame cracker crust.
Sweetwolf's is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday - Sunday. They are located at 492 Sixth Avenue between 12th and 13th streets.
