Check Out Our Instagram Feed for the Latest Gluten Free Restaurant Options

Hi Everyone!

Although I have not been posting many product reviews recently, I have been updating Instagram with the latest in gluten free dining options. 

If you're making a trip to Miami, I definitely recommend checking out Preston's Brasserie for breakfast.  Their gluten free menu includes muffins, bagels, toast, and pancakes! 

If you're right here in NYC, be sure to check out Yellow Magnolia Cafe at the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens.  They have gluten free menu options clearly marked on the menu.  Below is the Daikon Noodle Salad.

If in Manhattan and looking for some delicious Chinese food, stop by Lilli and Loo.  Below is some delicious vegetable fried rice that I tried while dining there.

If out for the weekend on Fire Island, be sure to stop by Sandcastle on the Ocean in Cherry Grove where they have many gluten free options including these fish tacos.

Gluten Free at Zito's!

Zito's Sandwich Shoppe is famous throughout Park Slope and beyond for its classic Italian American Sandwiches.  


Now, they are offering to make them on gluten free focaccia.  The gluten free focaccia they use is made by Krumville Bakeshop.


I went to try out a gluten free sandwich last week and it was delicious!  I ordered the Meatless (photographed above).  This included grilled portobello, roasted peppers, broccoli rabe and a housemade artichoke spread.  The vegetables were extremely fresh and very tasty!


Zito's is located at 300 7th Avenue between 7th and 8th streets.  They are open Sunday - Wednesday from 11 am - 9 pm and Thursday - Saturday from 11 am to 10 pm.  They also offer delivery!

Sweetwolf's

Last week I checked out the restaurant, Sweetwolf's, in Park Slope, Brooklyn.  


They are known for their "Gluten Free Mac N Cheese" and cook mostly using rice flour so many of their menu items are gluten free or can be altered to be gluten free.


The Gluten Free Mac N Cheese (photographed to the right) is made using quinoa pasta, wood fired lobster chunks and has a sesame cracker crust.


Sweetwolf's is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday - Sunday.  They are located at 492 Sixth Avenue between 12th and 13th streets.

Gluten Free Pizza in Park Slope

If you're looking for a delicious gluten free pizza in Park Slope, Brooklyn, then check out Pizza Plus.


Pizza Plus is located at 359 7th Avenue between 10th and 11th streets.  They offer gluten free pizza available as either a small or large pie.  In addition to the classic pizza, you can also choose from their specialty pizzas that offer a variety of toppings and add $5.00 to have it made gluten free.


They are open Sunday - Thursday from 11:30 am - 10 pm and Friday and Saturday from 11:30 am - 11 pm.  For a minimum order of $10, they offer free delivery!
